Equipment and Pinnie Inventory

Pinnies. You need one pinnie per player. Number them sequentially. If you use multiple colors, keep the number ranges consistent across colors (both colors run 1 through 15, for example, not one set 1-15 and another 16-30). The app handles color plus number as a unique identity.

Have spares. Plan for 10 to 15 percent more pinnies than registered players. Walk-ups happen. Pinnies get lost. Having extras means you are never stuck.

Printing numbers. If your pinnies are not pre-numbered, use cardstock and safety pins. Write numbers large enough to read from 30 feet away. Front and back. Do not use stickers on helmets. They are unreadable from outside the boards.

Coordinator device. A laptop or tablet for the coordinator running the session from the Live Session page. This person manages drill advancement and monitors coverage.

Evaluator devices. Each evaluator uses their own phone. No app download required. They open a link in their browser. Confirm cell signal or wifi availability at your venue beforehand. The app queues scores locally if connectivity drops, but initial page load requires a connection.

Audio. A whistle or horn for the floor coordinator to manage drill transitions and scrimmage shifts.
